Delivery

The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

We will only deliver to addresses within Australia and reserve the right not to deliver is specified areas. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside our control. We may also from time to time ship items separately and we make no guarantee items or item components will be shipped together.

We can accurately predict when your goods will leave our factory, however after goods have left our factory, the responsibility becomes that of the postal services.

Sports Design take no responsibility for deliveries that are late due to courier delays.

To ensure you have your products on time, please order well in advance and inform your sales representative of your event date.
